About a month ago we had a roof leak so we set out to get some estimates.  LD roofing came in very competitively and I was impressed with their reviews.  We are out of state and couldn't be there for the tear-out, installation and clean-up.  They didn't disappoint! Lane sent me progress photo's and made the whole process seamless and simple.  It was important that they were done the same day and cleaned up properly since this house operates as an ABNB.  They did a great job, finished on-time and did a thorough job cleaning up. Robert was great to work with!! Great communicator and quick to answer questions and walk us through everything. The crew who replaced our roof took care of our property and finished more quickly than expected. They came back the following day to clean up and make sure all was perfect. Highly recommend LD Roofing! Lane was quick to reply to my initial inquiry, and came out to my house the next day. He walked me through the entire process of filing a claim with my insurance, and answered all my many questions! His team replaced my roof in one day and it looks amazing! Lane is very professional and trustworthy, no funny business and provided an honest assessment. His team was able to repair all the spots on my roof and re-caulk all potential leak spots within an hour. Over the weekend we had our roof replaced. We're living in the same house for the past 18 years, and the roof was probably the original one installed when the house was built, some 40+ years ago. It held well, but it was time. It held so well the storms didn't do enough damage for the insurance to kick in, so we had to wait until we had enough $$ to pay for it ourselves.

I don't think we could have been prepared for this intense experience - but through it all, we had a wonderful team that was hard working, considerate of our privacy, thorough, and clean. It was such a great experience to receive good, timely, honest service.

LD Roofing did an amazing job replacing our very challenging and very very steep roof! Despite significant weather and rain challenges, the crew pushed thru and finished on schedule. The owner, Lane, was extremely hands on and walked us thru the process in advance of the job commencing. He also checked in with us daily and made sure that absolutely everything was cleaned up when the job was finished so that our toddler could go back to playing in the backyard (though it wasn’t necessary because his team did a fantastic job ensuring everything was cleaned up the day they finished the roof). I am very impressed with Mr Lane Pauly owner of LD ROOFING & EXTERIORS. He placed an interest on his customer after listening that I had issues with the homeowner insurance. He got the new shingles roofing  completed in 1 day. He followed up closely with his workers ensuring they do an excellent job.
